Thanks for the update and the suggestion. Totally understand the need to incorporate features through a step by step process. On a separate note, is it possible to join the testing team ( i can help out over the weekends)? I noticed that you are looking for testers. I tried to register through the forum to send you the required information. However, I did not receive the activation email. The user name in the forum is same as this one.

Hi, the 2.14 patch has resulted in no competition from AI teams/ opponents. I may select 7-9 opponents and only one opponent starts with a route and even after few seasons that opponent does not expand the network. I have downloaded the patch yet the same issue prevails.
